| Description | Hi Kerwin If you enter the Youtube after factory default, stop on the first screen or there is an issue that moves nearly twice(?) the speed without sound this issue does not always occur. I know , Jason Ling knows this issue. Hi Kerwin Many issues about YouTube are being reported in the field to VoC now. ( v15.522.54 ) Attached is the log files(VoC_issue_STBs.zip) and the specific log(210204_SMART3_analysis_SKB_eng.xlsx) that needs to be verified. Could you check these logs first? Hi Kerwin This issue is urgent right now. The v15.522.54 version of the field is being OTA, and user complaints are still coming in. 1) Please release test FW with test patch applied (BTFAML-547 , audio_hw.c.patch) 2) Let me know if you have any clue the logs I sent you. Hi Kerwin We tested this issue with v15.522.55 version. Using the patch provided by Amlogic, I confirmed that this issue will be resolved. #BTFAML-547/BTFAML-548 2/5 e7be3f0f593 OTT-16503:BTFAML-547:no audio output from Setup Wizard, Youtube, and Playmovie hardware/amlogic/audio/audio_hal BTFAML-547/BTFAML-548 Thank you.
